Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2025-03-15. This policy describes how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for JoltReview.
Subscriptions and billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be billed according to the plan you choose (e.g. monthly or annually). Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide until you cancel. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods. Billing is processed by KAAI TECH LLC (the company that operates JoltReview) through Stripe; charges on your bank or card statement may appear as “KAAI TECH LLC.”
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing settings, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. You will retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account may move to a free tier or lose access to paid features, depending on our product offerings.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you are entitled to a refund because of a billing error, duplicate charge, or service failure that we are responsible for, contact us at [email protected] with your account details and reason. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds, when granted, will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Free trials
If we offer a free trial, you may be required to enter a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first paid period when the trial ends. Trial terms will be stated at signup.
